Pre-Order Actor Gift Form:

Celebrate your actor's hard work and their debut on stage!  We're excited to announce that this year you can pre-order merchandise for your actors. This convenient option allows you to avoid waiting in lines for flowers, candy grams, and other gifts on their big day. Check out the link below per show and surprise your favorite performers with a little gift that can be delivered during intermission or given by you after the show. ¡Celebra el duro trabajo de tu actor y su debut en el escenario!   Nos complace anunciar que este año puede hacer un pedido anticipado de artículos de regalo para sus actores. Esta cómoda opción le permite evitar las colas para comprar flores, caramelos y otros regalos en su gran día. Food for Tech Week

In preparation for Tech Week, actors are scheduled to be at the Hammer Theater on Tues 01/28 (Empire) and Wed 01/29 (Liberty) from 3:30-9:30pm for dress rehearsals.  Everyone needs to make dinner arrangements. Food may be brought from home (bring with them to rehearsal) or, for your convenience, can be ordered here: Tech week Food Order From

Please fill out one order form per person.   Directors, crew, parent supervisors and any additional cast are also welcome to place orders.

Orders will be delivered during the scheduled dinner break from 6:00-7:00pm both nights:

     Tuesday, 01/28 for the EMPIRE Cast and 

     Wednesday, 01/29 for the LIBERTY Cast

Cash payments can be brought to rehearsal in an envelope with your actor's name on it or submitted electronically via Venmo @Beatrice-Salinas-1.  

Deadline to order and pay for the food is Monday, January 27th by noon.
