25/26 Musical Program 

• Students in grades 3-8 are eligible to participate.

• Registration is limited to 80 students.

• Parents are required to volunteer a minimum of 12 hours per child.

Schedule:

• Mandatory zoom family meeting: Tues Sept 2 or Thursday Sept 4 at 7pm. (Makeup meeting Mon Sept 8.)

• Registration: Step 1 Wednesday Sept 10@7:30PM.  Link will be posted at www.rg-lab.org

• Fall break Sept 29-Oct 3

• Auditions Sept 23-25th;  Call backs Friday Sept 26, 3:00-4:30 or 4:30 - 6PM

• Cast Reveal: Sunday Sept 28 at 10 AM

• Registration: Step 2: Conflict forms and volunteer sign up due by Wednesday Oct 8 by 5PM

• Family meeting:  TBD Zoom, if needed, Communication App, access to the drive, etc.

• Rehearsals begin the week of Oct 13th: M/F or W/F at 3-5:40PM  

• Tech Rehearsals are Sunday Jan 25-Thursday Jan 29th.

• Performances are Friday Jan 30 and Saturday Jan 31 2025 at the Hammer Theater.
